We make every effort to use the best products possible at your property or place of business. We source most of our cleaning products from Maintex and Waxie Sanitary Supply. We use the highest-level cleansers to get the job finished the first time.
We know that a commercial cleaner is not the same as a housekeeper. We only hire qualified individuals who have previous commercial cleaning experience. Once hired our cleaners go through a vigorous training program to guarantee their work is up to our high standards.
Yes! We conduct a thorough check on all potential employees which include a full check on local and federal criminal history, prior work experience, DMV record and confirmation on ability to work in the country.
High end expectations require high end work. Our operations management staff is on the ground and at our client’s properties ensuring that the work performed meets our clients expectations, but also matches our company standards. Inspections can be provided to our clients upon request.
Absolutely! We make every effort to keep our clients happy at all times. Any issues with the performance of the staff or the quality of the work should be reported immediately to our office.
No two property is the same and as such it’s impossible to provide instant quotes. Every proposal is created specifically for that individual potential client. We will visit your property, write down all of your needs and provide a proposal and pricing structure that suits the property.
Unfortunately, we do not offer packages because none of our pricing is cookie-cutter. We listen to your requests and create pricing specifically for your needs. We will make every effort to work within your budget.
